This punchy and offbeat project has most recently impressed with the release of Reptiles and Monsters, a fantastically whacky eleven-track collection. Throughout these compositions, Mark delves into the worlds and realms of literature, games, classic horror movies, and folklore. This travelling basis gives the album an all-original outlook, a fun-loving nature, and something refreshing and revitalising in today’s climate. Cool Nerd Mark doesn’t seem to take himself too seriously, but the result is gloriously captured alternative rock, post-punk, and power-pop earworms that listeners will take with them.

We recently had the opportunity of having Cool Mark Nerd perform at our Halloween Market.  Mark's quirky and fun personality definitely showed up in his music, and how he drew shoppers in to participate was genius.   We had shoppers and vendors alike coming to us and asking for us to have him perform again at future events.   (Which we plan on doing)
