The Night Hag is a terrifying monster from the lower planes who enters the dreams of good people and torments them with nightmares that drain their heath and vitality. If she is not stopped, the Hag will take your soul, put it in a bag, and sell it to the fiend who pays the highest price.
This song is about nightmares. Not those you have as a child, but as an adult, especially nightmares drawn from your past. Nightmares about heartbreak, regret, pain, and guilt. And this song says that you have the power to fight back against these visions, to focus on the life you are building today.
With heavy drums and bass, guitar drowned in reverb, and emotional vocal delivery, I hope to sweep the listener away into a dream that will be worth waking up from.
